Beware of scam on timeshare owners

The trading watchdog has warned consumers not to fall
prey to fraudsters offering to sell unwanted timeshares
for them.

The Office of Fair Trading said people had already lost hundreds of pounds to bogus timeshare resale companies, with some victims also conned into paying thousands of pounds to obtain holiday club membership on the basis of false promises.

The group said timeshare owners often received unsolicited telephone calls from a bogus timeshare resale company, in which it was claimed that a definite buyer had been found for their timeshare, and was willing to make an above market offer.

IF you have unwanted time shares, or do not actually own
a time share, it may well be time to consider an
alternative - a better alternative - of a Club
Membership
that allows you WORLDWIDE travel to a variety of different global
luxury resorts - at an ‘affordable’ price even with the Club Membership fees.

That way you do get a choice of locations, worldwide - and even before you actually buy a Club Membership you may be able to visit one which may be near your next holiday destination if you have already booked your holidays - and check the quality.

And/or you will be able to compare your current or recent costs to the prices where the
Club Membership approach is on a per UNIT basis and not
on a per PERSON basis.

The per unit basis would be particularly suitable for families, family groups, or just a few friends.

Can ‘Club Membership’ help with the cost and quality of holidays?

Have Club Membership - will travel. So can you!

Can ‘Club Membership’ help with the cost and quality of
holidays?

Traveling on holidays can involve booking accommodation
either on a per person basis - which generally I do not
like - or by room or bedroom size e.g., 1-3 bedrooms -
this may be a better proposition.

Here is a possible option for you to try out luxury
accommodation, worldwide - but on a per room basis [1-3
bedrooms], and not on a ‘per person’ basis.

- and as well as just becoming a Club Member you can, if
you wish, get involved in the ‘holiday business’.

see happyholidays
for the e-book and affiliate programme.

I am awaiting my Club Membership site to be set-up and
propagated. And I will report on any progress and
’success’.

- and I will be investigating further the Holiday Resort
aspects - which should suit anyone who regularly goes on
holiday, and now that economic times are tight it will
help reduce your current holiday costs, or even now make
it possible to have a holiday.

One would eventually have to recoup the Club Membership
fees [2 options - either a 3-year membership, or a
lifetime membership] by the savings on the 7 night/8 day
holidays , or even some short-stays, but the prices
seems to indicate that that would be possible in a
fairly short time.

Getting the word out is also a problem to be solved, and
you will already know that ‘advertising costs money -
but marketing earns money’, so I am also looking for a
‘System’ to help with Marketing.

However all methods tried so far, over a number of
years, and quite a few thousands of dollars, have
yielded no ’success’.

Thus I have signed up for some Coaching and will apply
what I learn in relation to Google ads - both ’search’
but also ‘content’ on ad placements, and together with
this holiday business I am looking to 2009 to show good
results.
